Billy Idol actuará en Barakaldo el 17 de julio en la primera gira que hace por España

El mítico punk rock del británico Billy Idol estará presente en Barakaldo y lo hará en fechas de las fiestas del Carmen: el 17 de julio. El anuncio lo ha realizado el propio artista en su web, en la que ha comunicado que suma Madrid —La Riviera— y la barakaldesa sala RockStar Live a su gira europea de 2012, que contempla España por primera vez en su carrera. El comunicado en inglés habla de Bilbao pero las entradas corresponden a la anteiglesia. El intérprete de 'Dancing with myself', 'Rebel Yell', 'White Wedding' o la muy popular 'Mony mony', acude con una banda integrada por el guitarrista Steve Stevens, el bajista Stephen McGrath, el teclista Derek Sherinian, Billy Morrison a la guitarra rítmica y Colson Jeremy a la batería. Las entradas ya se han puesto a la venta en la propia página de Idol y el viernes se abre para todo el público.

SPANISH DATES ANNOUNCED/WEB COMPETITION

Billy Idol has added two dates in Spain to his 2012 European tour. The dates are July 17th at Rock Star in Bilbao and July 19th at Sala La Riviera in Madrid. Exclusive pre-sale tickets for these shows are available today Wednesday May 2nd in our MEMBERS ONLY section, then will be available in our Facebook and Tour Dates stores on Thursday May 3rd,  and finally will go on general public sale Friday May 4th. The full list of European dates is now available on the ‘TOUR DATES’ page of this site. The band kick off the tour in Moscow, Russia and finish up a month later in Faro, Portugal and to celebrate, we are offering you the chance to add your very own artistic flair to this website. We want YOU to design a new banner for this website. Anyone with a computer and an artwork program can get involved. Inside the ‘MEMBERS ONLY’ area is a downloadable folder containing artwork elements and instructions on what we are looking for – simply enter a valid email address to sign up for the Members Only page and get designing.
